Application fee : Applications from the eligible candidates are invited for filling the following vacant posts on the prescribed application forms obtainable alongwith prescribed qualifications and instructions/conditions from the Advisor (Recruitment Cell), CCS HAU, Hisar on payment of Rs. 750/- (Rs. 190/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for the posts at Sr. No. 1 to 50, Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for the posts at Sr. No. 51 to 66 and Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for the posts at Sr. No. 67 to 71 by cash at the counter OR by post by sending demand draft of Rs. 800/- (Rs.240/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for the posts at Sr. No. 1 to 50, Rs.450/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for the posts at Sr. No. 51 to 66 and Rs. 250/- (Rs.100/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for the posts at Sr. No. 67 to 71 drawn in favour of Registrar, CCS HAU, Hisar payable at Hisar. The complete application form should reach the Registrar, CCS HAU, Hisar-125 004-02 by 2.4.2012 (17.4.2012 for candidates residing abroad). Applications, which are incomplete/not on the original prescribed form/received after due date shall not be considered. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. Inservice candidates should apply through proper channel.
How to apply : Applications from the eligible candidates are invited for filling the many Faculty and Non-Faculty vacant posts on the prescribed application forms. The complete application form should reach the Registrar, CCS HAU, Hisar-125004
16. The envelope containing application form complete in all respects must be superscripted as “Application for the post of ____________________”. Besides pay, as per scale mentioned in the advertisement, ADA, HRA, CCA etc. are admissible as per University rules adopted from time to time.
17. Candidates selected for outstations will not be transferred at the Headquarters for at least five years. Minimum age limit for all posts is 18 years. Upper age limit for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 45 to 71 is 40 years, relaxable
18. No TA/DA shall be paid by the CCS HAU for any test/interview. Reservation of posts – Reservation will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions adopted by the University. The dependent sons/daughters of ESM who fulfill all conditions of qualifications, age etc.
19. ESM/DESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit will have to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate from the concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of interview. Mere dependent certificate will not be entertained. ESM candidates should also produce at the time of interview attested photo copy of identify card issued
20. A candidate who is a member of the joint Hindu family is employed on ad hoc basis but he is otherwise dependent on his father. Note: i) The benefit of reservation will be given only to those SC/BC/PHC and ESM and outstanding sportsperson candidates
21. Candidates applying for a post must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions on the last date fixed for receipt of application. If on verification, at any time before or after the written examination or interview or appointment, it is found that they do not fulfil any of the eligibility condition
22. Attested photocopy of essential qualifications and above/ diploma/degree should be attached with the application form. Attested photocopy of fresh Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board.
23. An application form will be summarily rejected in the following events:- If a candidate makes more than one application form for a particular post. If the application is not on the prescribed application form. If the application is unsigned/incomplete.
24. If a candidate does not possess the qualification of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard/Higher Standard If a candidate does not possess the requisite academic qualification on the cut off date. )
