Lala Lajpat Rai University Recruitment Form Eligibility
- Clerk-cum-typist :- Graduation with 50% marks (45% marks for SC and PWD) from any recognized University and equivalent. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher education. Hindi or English typing at a speed of 30WPM in each on computer with commonly used word processing software.
- Attendant :- Must have passed Matric from a school affiliated to/ recognized by State of Central Board of School Education. Willing to do manual work. Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
Terms And Conditions for Lala Lajpat Rai University Recruitment 2022
- The appointment will be co-terminus with project. In case the work and/or conduct is not found satisfactory, the service can be terminated at any time on giving 10 days notice after giving due opportunity of being heard to the concerned employee. Similarly if the selected candidate wants to leave, he/she can do so after giving 10 days notice in writing to the University/department.
- On account of paucity of funds, the service can be terminated at any time.
- The appointment will be guided as per terms and conditions of funding agency/LUVAS.
- The appointee will be entitled to TA/DA as per rules.
- The appointment will be for a period of one year initially even if the project is of more than one year duration. After one year of service, further extension, based on review of performance, will be decided by the competent authority. On expiry of the term of project, he/she will be relieved and the university/department will not be responsible for his/her adjustment in the university.
- The person so appointed will not be a regular employee of the university and will not be entitled for any CPF/GPF/EPF etc. or any other benefit admissible to the regular employee/person engaged through outsourcing of the university.
- The appointee will be required to produce a medical certificate to fitness from the university hospital at the time of joining.
- The appointee will be required to join within 10 days from the date to issue of the order failing which his/her appointment will be treated as withdrawn.
- The place of work of such appointee will be the concerned Department of LUVAS, and other collaborating institutes involved in the project/or as directed by the competent authority from time to time.
- The appointee will be required to produce an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by executive magistrate in the time of joining. Specimen copy of affidavit will be provided by the department.
नियुक्ति परियोजना के साथ सह-टर्मिनस होगी। कार्य एवं / अथवा आचरण
संतोषजनक नहीं पाये जाने की स्थिति में संबंधित कर्मचारी को सुनवाई का उचित
अवसर देकर 10 दिन का नोटिस देकर किसी भी समय सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है।
इसी प्रकार यदि चयनित अभ्यर्थी छोड़ना चाहता है तो वह विश्वविद्यालय /
विभाग को लिखित में 10 दिन का नोटिस देकर ऐसा कर सकता/सकती है।
धन की कमी के कारण सेवा कभी भी समाप्त की जा सकती है।
नियुक्ति वित्त पोषण एजेंसी/एलयूवीएएस के नियमों और शर्तों के अनुसार निर्देशित की जाएगी।
नियुक्त व्यक्ति नियमानुसार टीए/डीए का हकदार होगा।
नियुक्ति
प्रारंभ में एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगी, भले ही परियोजना एक वर्ष से
अधिक की अवधि की हो। एक वर्ष की सेवा के बाद, प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा के आधार
पर आगे विस्तार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा तय किया जाएगा। परियोजना की अवधि
समाप्त होने पर, उसे कार्यमुक्त कर दिया जाएगा और विश्वविद्यालय/विभाग
विश्वविद्यालय में उसके समायोजन के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
इस प्रकार
नियुक्त व्यक्ति विश्वविद्यालय का नियमित कर्मचारी नहीं होगा और किसी भी
सीपीएफ/जीपीएफ/ईपीएफ आदि या विश्वविद्यालय के आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से लगे
नियमित कर्मचारी/व्यक्ति को स्वीकार्य किसी अन्य लाभ का हकदार नहीं होगा।
नियुक्त व्यक्ति को कार्यभार ग्रहण करते समय विश्वविद्यालय अस्पताल से फिटनेस का चिकित्सा प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
नियुक्त
व्यक्ति को आदेश जारी होने की तिथि से 10 दिनों के भीतर कार्यभार ग्रहण
करना होगा, ऐसा नहीं करने पर उसकी नियुक्ति को वापस लिया हुआ माना जाएगा।
ऐसे
नियुक्त व्यक्ति के कार्य का स्थान एलयूवीएएस का संबंधित विभाग, और
परियोजना में शामिल अन्य सहयोगी संस्थान/या समय-समय पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी
द्वारा निर्देशित किया जाएगा।
नियुक्त व्यक्ति को गैर-न्यायिक स्टाम्प
पेपर पर एक हलफनामा प्रस्तुत करना होगा जो कार्यभार ग्रहण के समय कार्यकारी
मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित हो। शपथ पत्र की नमूना प्रति विभाग
द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
